Storytime Tuesday: Farm Animals & Foreign Language

Mrs. Peyton James was the storytime teacher today! She brought  3 books and loads of plastic farm animals for the kids to play with. The lesson today was on sounds that farm animals make and how it translates into different languages. It was too cute! Did you know that Cock-a-doodle-do is Ko-Key-Ko-Ko in Spanish? Well, you would have learned that if you attended storytime today! We learn something new every time!

Here are photos of today's adventure:

Mrs. Natalie holds Ava while Canyon talks to her. Ava loves to stroke faces (and who can resist Canyon's blue eyes?)

Mrs. Peyton leads the kids in the ABC song and Row, Row, Row Your Boat

Sweet Anna Caroline! She is so beautiful!

Gabby was doing ballet during the ABC song. Here she was a little upset because Sawyer wasn't watching. She is too funny! :)

Cooper plays with his horse

Two of the three AC's. We have three little girls at church who all have the initials "AC:" Anna Caroline (pictured here), Ava Catherine (also pictured here), and Avery Claire (just waking up at home) :) Ava and Anna Caroline are just two and a half weeks apart.

Carla gets Sam to sleep. He was so peaceful during storytime!

Sam is all nestled in his carrier! He is ready to go!!
