Instead of celebrating Father's Day for only a few hours, we made it a weekend long event! Jeremy came home from camp on Friday morning and we couldn't wait to give him his gifts (wrapped in Hello Kitty wrapping paper of course!)
Jeremy and I went out on a date that night to see Man of Steel. We had such a great time getting out of the house while some friends watched the girls. The movie was so good that we decided to see it again on Sunday night. Two date nights in one weekend!! Woo Hoo!!
We spent Saturday morning at our neighborhood pool and went to dinner that night at our friend's house. Her husband had a surprise 30th birthday party.
Sunday morning we worshipped our Lord and then took Jeremy out to eat at 5 Restaurant in downtown Tuscaloosa. They have a great Jazz Brunch on Sunday afternoon. It was such a great weekend spent celebrating a godly husband and father.
